The EFPC 15 September Maribor pre-conference program will include a great Nature Walk in the Pohorje nature estate using nature as metaphore to discuss important issues for the organisation of Primary Care. Pleasse join us there to come up with your own metaphores as well!

In the afternoon you will visit interesting practices in Maribor related to Primary Care, organised by our host the Maribor Community Health Centre.
