Payment and Registration Policy
- Early-bird deadline: 15th June 2024
- All individuals attending the conference pay a registration fee
- Cancellations made after the 1st of August can not be refunded
- Without payment prior to the conference, you may risk not being accepted when arriving at the conference as the maximum number of delegates is limited.
- To qualify for member rates your institutional or individual membership must be current (associated membership does not apply).
- To qualify as a student you should be a full-time student and you should be able to prove this at the conference.
- To use the institutional member fee-waiver (medium, large or premium), please contact first the EFPC Secretariat
- Registrations are not transferable
